20-day Return policy
TRACKING INFO? – You have 20 days from the date you received your order to return it. Please note that we can only accept non-used items. We kindly ask you to make sure to not remove any attached product labels and to send back items new, in original packaging and complete.
Shipping Cost & Time
We will ship worldwide via DHL. With the handover to DHL we will contact you by e-mail with your parcel number. So you can always check the current status of delivery. In EU Zone the Shipping time is 3-5 working days, in the rest of Europe and worldwide 5-7 working days.
Refund Or Returns and Changes
We issue FULL Refunds on Returns and Changes for any of our Sale Items. All returns will be accepted within 20 days of receiving the items. In this case, it is enough to begin the returns process via your profile, clicking on the “My Orders” section or contacting us via email, telephone or live chat. The items must be sent to our logistic warehouse as written in the e-mail that confirms your return request and, once received, we will issue refund immediately.
If you received a item that has been damaged we will exchange it for the same item at no charge. Please email us at: Support@amatag.com.
Please take pictures of any damaged items and send them to us by email so we can help get your a new item shipped out.
If Canceling an order, orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or you will need to go through the refund process once receiving the items.
We are a quick ship company by DHL. Our average delivery times are 3-7 days but because a lot of our items our made to order, some shipments will take longer. However this process allows us to keep the cost of our products low and the quality high. The only downside is we can’t do next day shipping which is why we ask our customers to be patient for delivery but knowing that in doing so you are using less wasteful materials and saving yourself money in the process. We do guarantee our deliveries or your money back.
To be eligible for a return, your item must unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items:
- Sale Items or FREE plus shipping Items cannot be returned no exceptions
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
For hygiene and safety reasons the following items can not be returned within our refund policy or returned for any exchange.
Again if damaged please send us photos so we can send you a new pair.
Leggings or Tights – of any kind in the interest of safety and hygiene cannot be returned or refunded.
Beauty and Cosmetic Products – cannot be returned once opened or if the seal has been broken.
Hosiery and Adhesive Bras – cannot be returned once the pack has been opened or damaged (if the pack is unopened & undamaged then returns are fine).
AMATAG accepts returns within 20 days of the delivery of the order. The procedure for returning merchandise is as follows:
a. The customer must first send a request for acceptance of the return.
b. The request is then confirmed by our customer services by e-mail who also issue a returns code.
c. The goods must be returned together with a copy of the e-mail confirmation containing relevant returns acceptance code.
d. Our logistics confirm return delivery of the package.
e. Confirmation is sent to the customer that the goods received match the returns request.
f. A credit note or a refund is issued in the customer’s name.
If the order is damaged or incomplete for internal reasons (e.g. incorrect quantities shown as available in the website) a credit note will be immediately issued for the customer.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are rare instances where a package can be held up at customs for a few weeks. This is a rare case but will result in a longer shipping period sometimes up to 10 weeks. In this case the customer will be notified and we will make sure the customer gets the package.
All items not received within 12 weeks of purchase are issued a full refund no questions even when product is still on its way.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Book with obvious signs of use, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 20 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or incorrect sizes. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Support@amatag.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
